ABOUT THE HIPAA DESK REFERENCE

The HIPAA Desk Reference is a 75-page workbook put together by the NM Health Policy Commission (HPC). The workbook includes a thorough explanation of each of the HIPAA rules, implementation checklists, sample forms and documents.
