Fraud, Waste, and Abuse (FWA) Training

This Medicare Provider FWA training is brought to you by your local Community Health Plans:

• Presbyterian Health Plan and Presbyterian Insurance Company
• Lovelace Health Plan and Lovelace Insurance Plan

• Blue Cross Blue Shield Plans of New Mexico and Texas*

This training is provided to fulfill the CMS required training for Medicare Advantage Providers. All Medicare Part C and prescribing Part D providers must annually complete this or a similar training. Your Community Health Plans have collaborated on this training and have agreed that this training fulfills the training requirement for FWA for all plans.

The link below, Medicare Provider FWA Training, will take you to your training.  For your convenience, the information you enter when taking the training will be shared among the Health Plans. Therefore, no further action on your part will be required to notify the Health Plans that you have taken the training.

Providers Who Have Already Completed Another Carrier's Training

If you have completed a training from another insurance carrier for Part C and Part D training you do not have to take another training. Simply click on the link below, complete the certification and fax it to any of: Lovelace, BC/BS or Presbyterian and we will credit you for the training.
